Trying to set up internet plan

I am trying to view and set up a new internet plan, but everytime I try to make changes to my account, I get this message

"Looks like you can't make changes to this plan.
Please contact the account owner to continue."

Not sure why as I am the account owner. Is there another way to get around this and set up a plan?

Whenver I get that message, I always have to call 1800comcast and tell them I want to make a change to my account.

I am not a Comcast Employee.
I am just a customer, volunteering my time to help other customers here in the Forums.
