I just started to research creating a tripple play with Comcast. We currently have internet through comcast.
I start comparing and find a great 24 month agreement for phone, internet and TV. Then the site asks me my address, I follow the pre-existing customers track. It now has changed my deal, and limited my choices. All plans were 20 plus dollars more than the orignal and not as accomindating to what I originally picked out. It definatly was not a computer issue, it was delebrate. When I clicked the back button I could not go back any past a certain screen. frustrating and disrespectful.
