Setup New Account, order not completed: "We couldn't sign you into My Account"
Signed up new account, entered CC and SSN. Ordered a TV and Internet package. Receved two emails from xfinity. One was thanks, the other was email verification. Verified email and logged into xfinity. The xfinity website logs in ok "Hello myname" I click on anything and it hands me off to the comcast site for a second login request. Try to log in receive an error message. My info obviously didn't make it to the comcast side. No account, no login, no access to support chat or phone chat. Must have an account number to get any service, so I'm in Limbo.
When I enter the login into the second site "Comcast" it throws an error screen:
"We couldn't sign you into My Account.
Unfortunately, you won't be able to manage your account at this time."
It's been like this for two days, chatted using my sons account, got run around the globe for over an hour. They just wanted to upsale. The Comcast side has no record on my account.
