Seeing contact account owner screen when trying to add services

I'm seeing the following screen when I try to manage my plan, but I am the account owner.

I had to call 1800comcast to make changes to my account.


I am not a Comcast Employee.
I am just a customer, volunteering my time to help other customers here in the Forums.
