I've been wanting to use Xfinity wifi but every time I log on, it says I have no active service. I've found out that this is because I still have 2 old accounts linked to my Xfinity log in and it defaults to the old account upon login. Tried Xfinity Support Chat and they told me that they have limited ability to make changes and to call Xfinity Support instead. So then I called Xfinity support and they tried unlinking the old accounts and told me to wait a couple hours. It's been 2 days and nothing has changed. How difficult is it for Xfinity to remove or unlink my old accounts? Any other solutions I can try?
