To ComcastElla, I also am unable to access my account. When I tried to go to Comcast.net I was sent to Xfinity. When i tried to login, my username did not work. Comcast changed my username. When I finally got logged in and tried to open my account, I got a message that I am not currently an Xfinity mobile customer. What to do?
