Can't make changes to my account or devices. Anytime I try to make any change it states.

I am and have always been the only user on my account. Ive been on the phone with support for three hours (TWICE!)  but no one was able to assist me with this issue. Heavily considering just cancelling my service and looking at other options.

Appears your login profile may have somehow become disassociated with your account or something is out of sync.  A knowledgeable account rep needs to reset your login profile and re-attach it to your account.
