I am also having this issue. I've tried two separate browsers (Microsoft Edge and Firefox) on my laptop, as well as tried to use Chrome on my phone. Each time I am presented with the same blank screen even after reloading and closing the tabs and reopening them. I've even tried the feature of paying the bill without sigining in that's on the site, that also leads to the same blank page. I also tried downloading the app for Android, the app itself loads fine and gets to the home screen, but that's about it. As soon as I tap on "make a payment", it leads to a forever-loading page. The app is completely updated and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it as well as restarting my phone itself, nothing works. My bill is due soon as well, so what am I supposed to do?

I dunno why that link worked specifically, but I did have to re-enter my card information.
I was also experiencing an issue with trying to make a payment. I am in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I usually use my laptop to make payments to Xfinity. Firefox most current browser, switched to Edge, same thing happened. OS Windows 10 with all updates. I was able to make payment on my IPhone via the app.
I'm also from Fort Wayne and having the same problem. I have high speed internet and the Xfinity app is running extreemly slow. Could not login for last three days. After I finally was able to login today to pay my bill it would not bring up the pay account screen, just a blank page. what's going on Xfinity.
