Online access not linked after move?

Online access not linked after move?



I moved my services a few months ago and everything if fine with my services but I'm unable to view or intereact with my account online. I can still sign in and my account number and address are displayed correctly. However, it won't let me view any details about my account including billing and data usage. On one page it tells me that "This account is no longer active."


I suspect moving somehow "unlinked" my account. I would very much like to get full access back.
