Online Automatic Payments

I added my bank information and set up automatic billing but when I hit complete transaction it comes up with an error code and says my routing or account number is wrong. I've triple checked and know that I entered in the right information but it's still not accepting it. I don't know what to do because now my bill will be late because I thought I had my payments set up right.

I'm going to escalate this to the forum admins for follow-up.  I don't think you can fix this yourself.

Hello Risspatrick. We recommend you contact your bank to confirm if the routing number and account number you are using are valid for Electronic Funds Transfer from their bank. Also, in order for you to avoid late charges, we recommend you make payment via another method.
