New customer already unhappy

I’m on hold with the 3rd support person after one CS agent pushed me to a supervisor  who put me hold for 15 minutes then dropped the call.  I thought I bough t /150 mps  internet and phone and they gave 60mps/phone. Everyone apologizes and tells me their life story but they are calling me back tomorrow. I’d hate to go back to Fios but Comcast  has been horrible already. Is anyone online here into new customer problem resolution? The phone support sure is having communication issues. 4 hours of hone work and the installer this afternoon was rude too. What a bad experience so far.
