Hello, I am a new customer. When I click on the link to get started it goes to a dead page. When I login on the site I immediately get an error message that says "
A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later.
I can click off of it and it says I am logged in the site in the top right corner, but if I try to click on account settings or view my bill, I get the same message.
I would love to help out!
This happens with something funky happened.
I am sure I can get down like James Brown and bring back the username.
