New Account Issues

I just created an account and set up an internet plan with Xfinity but whenever I try to view my bill I am met with a "Communication error has occured" message. When I try to access My Account the page never loads. My sign in credentials work fine but I can't use any of the features that I need to be able to access in order to pay my bill. Please help me with this issue.
