Netflix Customer error

Hi,

 

Anytime I try to make changes to my account online, I am taken to the screen that says:

 

"

Hi, it looks like you are a Netflix customer.

Please call us at 1-800-XFINITY and we can help."

 

I would like to be able to make channels, like channels, etc without having to contact support every time. Thanks.
