My account page kicking me out to password screen? (WORKAROUND)

*Issue has been solved as of jan 27th*
When I just logged in, it prompted me with 2 factor authentication, then it started working, no clue if that was the reason or had anything to do with it, but its working now.

WORKAROUND is at bottom of post.

For me on the website,
Tried 5 or 6 times with 3 different browsers, chrome, edge, firefox.
The process is as follows, click on my account, or go directly to the section of the website via link. ( https://customer.xfinity.com )
It prompts you for password, logs in, then kicks you back to password.
I know I'm logged in, since email and other services work fine.

Judging by some of the latest posts, this is a current bug
Any ETa on the fix?,

its for sure not browser/cookie/account related, since when I test things in edge, I dont use that browser normally, and when I do, it wipes cookies/data on exit.
I have also tested mobile website version with same result.

UPDATE:
An UPDATE, it seems its still not working (5 days later)

I have found a WORKAROUND, if you want to call it that.

It seems to work just fine for me through the Xfinity My Account app on my cell phone.

This will have to do until they fix their website.

Same thing's happening here, so I just want to hop on in case you get an answer.

Glad to know it's not just happening to me!

Re: My account page kicking me out to password screen?

Comcast is aware of this problem and they are working on trying to fix the problem. Someone else posted about this yesterday and it's widespread. It looks like they are working on it, because I get occassional errors and glitches when accessing the comcast website.

I keep getting this same thing.  I can't even view my bill and need to so I can verify the correct amount due to some changes.

When I log into my inactive account and logout, this is the error that I get, if Comcast is looking in on these topics:

When I just logged in, it prompted me with 2 factor authentication, then it started working.

The only other thing that was different was a new billing cycle started for me.

Not sure why it's working now, but I guess that means comcast fixed whatever they broke on their end.
