My ex moved out over two years ago and I have never had an issue with email or anything. Today I try to go in and pay my bill and I am no longer the preferred user and as a preferred secondary user I can't see account or billing info. I opened up a ticket with Xfinity but how could this happen? I had her removed from the account and and deleted all of the emails other then mine. Now my account number is different and the address on the account is her address and not mine. This is unbelievable. Hope someone can assist.
