I moved services and was provisioned a new account number. I have had multiple transfers over the phone and chat assuring me that once I moved I would be able to access my new account using the same login. They botched my appointment times even though I said I don't need a technician coming out and now I cannot even access the new account. It has been a frustrating experience and customer service via phone and chat has been horrible to deal with.
Any luck with support on the forums?
