Looks like you can't make changes to this plan

I have this old account that is closed awhile ago. Now I am moving to a new place and wanting to start a service with Xfinity. But after I logged on my account it states:

 

"Looks like you can't make changes to this plan. Please contact the account owner to continue."

 

What can I do to be able to shop new plans online with my account?

For all intents and purposes your old account no longer exists and you're considered a new customer.  Shop for new customer deals.  Forget your old account; once you start new service you'll be issued a new account number.
