I can log in successfully, but if I try to access the Account settings it just hangs forever or gives me the follow error:
A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later.
If I try to look at packages I get:
The credentials you have entered are invalid.
Please check your credentials.
This should be a new account.
Same problem here. I created my account recently and now I am just trying to access the account information so that I can purchase and set up a home internet plan. Every time I try I keep receiving the following error message:
"We're sorry. The credentials you have entered are invalid. Please check your credentials."
(As an alternative solution, I have tried creating a new account with my wife's information but I also get an error message.)
