Login issue when viewing my account or bill

Hello, 

 

When I try to log in, it allows me to sign in but says there is a communication error whenever I try to view bill. It says the same thing when I try to log in on the app. I am able to log in and go to this forum but unable to go to any other location. What is up with this?

Hi there, mbhakta315. Since I am already working with you on a separate concern, I will take care of this for you over there as well. This is usually caused by an issue with your username not associating with your current account in our system properly. I will continue to work with you on this in our PM that we already have going. Thank you.
