I am also having the same login loop problem as this has persisted since I signed up in the beginning of March with your service. I have spoken to numerous customer reps and none of them can help. I am not able to access my online bill---it keeps booting me back into the sign in page.
Nothing that any representative has told me has worked and it just gets passed on to the next person.
Would like this to be fixed ASAP so I can view my actual bill
