Why am I filling out my own question after reading some of the many submitted with the same topic? thats not a forum its a public questions or comments box.
Also some info for OTHER USERS, you can see and pay your bill on the mobile app without hitting the issue, though to turn on/off automated payments, you still have to go through the browser to log in, and you are thus stuck in the loop on mobile app as well
Still no help, still a website that doesnt let me access the billing section. Do you not reply to posts that call out how ridiculous this is? Does it take a decade to fix a website-breaking bug?
