I see a lot of other users have had a similar problem. I cannot currently access my account from the xfinity website. Every time I enter my log in I am redirected to the xfinity wifi page instead of the My Account page. The site also asks for repeated log in entry.
This has been going on for over a month for me personally and I see some entries dating back to September for the same issue. There is an error in the programming of the website which causes a loop. It must be fixed! I cannot even pay my bill online!
