I had Comcast for 2 days and canceled. I found out Comcast no longer has ID and WE. What bothers me the most is that I wasn’t told about this issue when I picked my package and set an appointment for installation. I contact Comcast immediately to cancel since I was still within the 30 days timeframe to cancel without penalty . I am so glad I forgot to contact Fios to cancel my service. I unplugged all Comcast stuff and hooked up my fios router and boxes and my service with Fios was still active. Never again will I consider Comcast for service. They are shady and avoid telling new customers of this issue. Just an FYI you can cancel your service without penalty if it’s within 30 days. I’m sure Comcast doesn’t tell their new customers that info.
