I get this error constantly, I tried changing my password and using links in email, there's no account# associated with my account in my email and can do 2factor but there is not
a way to initiate any type of account recovery. so this is where I will ask a question.
Can this be fixed?
The chat help system also asks for an account# and requires the field to be filled, but there is no field to enter it. just name and phone # /description of problem
