When trying to manage my account online, I am getting the message, "We're sorry, it looks like you'll need some help completing your order. Please call us at 1-877-680-7173 and we can help."
Is there really no possible way to manage my plan online? I don't want to call the number so somebody can try to sell me something extra. Will be switching providers if this issue is not fixed.
