I could not log into my account. When I tried, the webpage says "We couldn't sign you into My Account. Unfortunately, you won't be able to manage your account at this time." I tried to search online FAQ, customer call, and chat, but none of them worked.

I am having the same problem. And when I try to private message you, it just brings me to a blank Private Messages page without any ability to compose one.
