I cannot manage my Xfinity acount. All attempts to do so bring me to a window that says "We couldn't sign you into My Account.
Unfortunately, you won't be able to manage your account at this time."
I registered just to say the same thing. I tried to reply to the pinned topic at the top but it won't let me (maybe locked?) It's been over a year for me having this issue. I was told by a rep that they would assure me that the problem would be fixed now that a ticket is being opened. I don't know what they have been doing for each and every time i've called up previously then...
