I can't log into my new account

I can't log into my new account

I keep getting this message.
A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later.

It seems this is a pretty common problem and has to do with a synchronozation issue?

Please let me know if you can resolve this.

chun9kim, as I have not heard back from you in some time, I have closed this thread to further comments. I hope you were able to get help so you could log in and manage your account/services again, but if you still need assistance, please feel free to start a new thread.
