Have not been able to sign into my account for 2 weeks straight

I can't sign into Comcast.net at all.  It is just frozen.  Is there a resolve for this?  I can't pay my bill or check my email.

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the My Account access, RoseAcres. I can definitely check your account and see what is causing an issue. Please send me a private message and include your full name, the account holder's name as it's listed on the billing statement. Click on my name ComcastElla, then click Send a message.
