I have been on a call with Xfinity Support and have been getting an error message when trying to "Manage My Plan". The error code is DFPLN3001 and says the following in the picture..... "
To make any changes, just call 1-800-XFINITY.?"

This has been discussed in numerous threads and, according to Comcast agents, is working as designed. They don't want us to manage or even look at our plan without being hand-held by an agent.

This error advises you to call us so we can go over the many options that may be available since there can be such a variety of promotions going on at one time, and to make sure the changes are properly processed.
