Error message when attempting to make a payment

When attempting to make a payment, I am receiving the following error message

 

Looks like something went wrong

Please reload the page and try again.

 

 

This message is displaying on my work computer, my home computer, and my cell phone, and thus, I am unable to make a payment.  Tips?

FYI, I'm experiencing the same, but paying without signing in worked for me. Go to http://customer.xfinity.com/lite and follow the instructions.
