I'm hoping someone can unlink my old account or delete it completely. I moved 3 years ago now and no one was able to help when I called in previously. My old account still shows as the primary user so I haven't been able to stream shows or anything in years which is disappointing considering my bill just keeps increasing year over year yet I still can't even access everything I should be able to.
I'm about to move again and I really don't want to further complicate things when that happens, so I would love to old account to be removed before then, if anyone can help!
