I'm trying to delete an old account that I haven't used in years. I can't private message anyone on here to help, because apparently that doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Yes, it's an old address from many years ago. I can't send private messages. When I try, it goes to the private message page, but nothing shows up.
EDIT: The private messaging works now.

We can't cancel your service online, but you can call into 1-800-COMCAST and they can assist you there or you can also click on this link for more options to cancel your services.
