Every time I log in I receive this error: "A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later."
I've seen other posts on here where an xfinity rep has to do something for the account to work. I literally can't pay my bill that's due. I've cleared my cache/cookies but nothing seems to be working.
