Communications Error

Communications Error

Upon attempting to log into My Account on the Xfinity home page, I am receiving the following error message pop-up:

"Sorry
A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later."

This occurs on both my phone and my laptop, and I have tried two different connections on each.

For context, I was attempting to log in after discovering that I am unable to connect to my phone using xfinity WiFi, despite having purchased the pass today and connected to it earlier.
