Hi - whenever I try to access my Xfinity account online, I get the following message:
Sorry - A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later.
I have been unable to access my account either through a web browser or the Xfinity My Account app since I signed up for service. Any idea how to fix the problem?
Did you call 1800comcast?
