I would like to change my service but every time I try to do this online I get this message,
"We're sorry, it looks like you'll need some help completing your order. Please call us at 1-877-680-7173 and we can help."
Why do I need to call customer service to review what services are currently available and to make changes to my current service? This should easily be accomplished online.
The last thing I want to do is call the Xfinity customer service line......which in my experience has never been helpful.
Any ideas before I go down that route?
