Hi, I am looking to change the primary user of my account to someone else. I have been unable to do this by any means and would prefer not contact by phone as I am currently outside of the US.
The forums seem to suggest that customers have not found a way to resolve this issue on their own and that most commonly an employee reaches out to get PM'd specific account details. How do I go about this if the support bot hasn't exactly been helpful, I don't use twitter and would prefer not to randomly use my facebook account to get in touch with comcast (which seem to be the options other than phoning in suggested here).
