I do not have any other business with xfinity, just trying to purchase a day pass for an urgent assignment thats due.
I've been able to use the complimentary passes but as soon as I attempt to purchase a pass, I get a processing error. It's always when Im trying to enter my card. Ive tried different devices, ive tried adding my card through the login page, and from the add a payment page. The same "Sorry, we are experiencing difficulties processing your request. Please try again." error occurred.
I have already called the billing helpline. They just told me that the hotspot must be weak and to restart my device. Ive done this, ive walked around my block, entering my card info over and over again. Im exhausted. I just need a pass. Its been around 15 hours of me trying constantly to buy one.
