So im trying to sign into my account to talk a representative about an extension since i recived an email about my payment. (i get paid tommorow)
but i cant sign into my account. EVERYTIME i try to access a feature in the homepage (chat, support, my account etc etc) i get re-directed to a sign in page & then i get taken to the
"xfinitywifi" mobile page or i get a error message.
this is kinda frustrating as i do not want my services to be interrupted.
