Cannot manage my account

Every time I try to manage my plan I get:

I contacted 3 Comcast reps through chat, and one of them said that he refreshed my account and to try again in 24 hours. Well, I tried and still got the same error. The other 2 reps, couldn't help, they said that a ticket was submitted! I don't like that I cannot look at my plan and I have to contact someone to make any changes.
