Cannot manage my account - Same error since service got activated

Hi, when I want to sign in to My Account to check my bill or do anything, I get this error:

We couldn't sign you into My Account.

Unfortunately, you won't be able to manage your account at this time.

 

What do I need to do to gain access to my bill, etc. ???

 

It has been this way since I signed up for service about 10 days ago.
