I can login, it even says my name at the top of the screen, but I can't do anything. Everytime I try to do something it redirects me to the login screen. I try to login and it redirects me to a page that says:
We couldn't sign you into My Account.
Unfortunately, you won't be able to manage your account at this time.
Try to ask for help via Chat? that doesn't work.
Try to pay the bill? That doesn't work.
Try to do anything at all? Nothing works.
However, it still shows my name on the MyXfinity pageright above "SIGN OUT".
What is going on and how on earth can I fix this to pay my bill? It takes forever each month to have to search for the non-sign in page.
