I have a new account and am trying to sign up for Ecobill. However, when I log into Xfinity, I cannot get the MyAccount or Billing pages to load. Instead, there is just circle with three dots that eventually gives me this error message:
I have tried over two days to see if this error is resolved, but it is not. What can I do to fix this?
Still waiting on a response from Comcast?
