Cannot acesss view bill or My Account pages on the website and having issues with the app

Absolutely ridiculous that the website of a cable and internet provider is such a barely functional disaster. I'm not gonna waste more time complaigning about how terrible it its because I'm sure you all know already and just don't care.  I just need some help actually viewing my account information and viewing past bills. This has not worked for me anytime I've tried it in the last couple months other than when I set up auto pay a long time ago.  I shudder to think of the late fees I'd have accrued if I hadn't set up autopay thanks to this website.

Same here. Had Comcast for 7 months and have not been able to log into my account a single time. <Edited>. App doesn't work. Can't view or pay bill. Nothing works.
