Hey, vlawde, just wanted to let you know, I'm having the same issue. It sounds like this may be a widespread problem to me. Hopefully a Comcast rep contacts us.
Sounds nationwide to me. I'm in Pittsburgh, PA area. Also, I'm getting the same error when I attempt to access my comcast email it seems.
