I am able to sign in, but can't access My Account. It just says "We are having some trouble connecting to My Account" (Try Again)
I can't access it on the mobile app either.
I've seen the Comcast reps always answer and say to private message them. I've tried to do this, but when I click on "Send Message" on a Comcast rep profile, I get taken to a blank message page, with no options to actually send a message.
