Can't log into my account with web/mobile.

Hi,

 

Getting the same error as the 9,000,000 other threads here about being unable to access my account.

 

I'm a new customer so pretty perplexed how this would be broken - but hey.

 

"You are logged in but we are unable to access your account details.  Would you like to try again?"

 

Can someone please assist so i can configure auto pay and such?
