Can't access my account

I'm having the same issue everyone else is having. I'm a new customer and I can't access my account. Getting this message:

A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later.

 

Hoping someone from Comcast will help me.
